Hit And Run – The 2018 Commonwealth Games Get Physical.

It looks like somebody has been reading my posts…

No long after writing a ridiculous and booze fueled take on how the improve the Commonwealth Games English runner Zharnel Hughes has apparently taken my advice to heart and tried his hardest to make the track events more interesting.

ABC News reports:

England has been denied a Commonwealth Games gold medal in the men’s 200 metres after Zharnel Hughes was disqualified for making contact with his rival Jereem Richards before he crossed the finish line in first place.

Physical contact during the boring ass track events! Mere days after I suggested it! Coincidence? I think not!

Hit And Run
It begins…

Alright. This was most likely a purely accidental arm flail but the optimist in me hopes that one day this incident will be looked upon as the moment track sports changed forever.

And eventually descended into The Running Man.
