Short Thought 032

I’ve spent the last few days at the Australian Open and, as much as I enjoy tennis, I can’t help but feel it could be improved with a multiball function.

Much like pinball, when a player attains a certain score or repeatedly hits the same place on the court with the ball, bells and buzzers go off while a giant flashing sign lights up indicating it’s time for some multiball action!

Multiple tennis balls are then shot onto the court, with each new ball having the same validity as the original one. Meaning both players could use any of the multiple balls now in play to make scoring shots while also having to defend against the multiple incoming balls of their opponent!

For Example

Now if I could only figure out how to incorporate a tilt function into the court…
